Checkmate Fire are pleased to announce its successful appointment to the CHIC Consultancy Framework.

This four-year framework provides social landlords and other public sector organisations with a compliant and efficient route to procure a wide range of built environment and construction related professional consultancy services, supporting planned investment programmes, individual works contracts and wider asset management projects from inception through to post-completion.

Developed to help members access the specialist expertise required to deliver high quality, compliant projects on time and within budget, the framework brings together professional consultancy services across disciplines including project and contract management, architecture, building surveying, quantity surveying, engineering, fire safety, stock condition and housing and asset management.
