Checkmate Fire recently undertook the sealing of extensive areas of Kings College Hospital London in order to prevent cross contamination of the hospitals pathology laboratories. Subsequent air leakage testing showed that the movement of air had been substantially reduced, consequently helping to protect one of the hospitals key activities by delivering a significant reduction in the risk of cross contamination taking place within the laboratory areas
